SHIPPING:
Once an order is placed and paid in full, it will be mailed via USPS. Please allow 5-14 days for your order to be shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided. Once packages have been mailed, they are not in my hands anymore. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office and keep your tracking numbers handy.
REFUNDS:
No refunds after order is placed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please shop with confidence.
REPAIRS:
Please be very careful and gentle with your beadwork. It is made to be strong, but still be gentle, for the rhinestones, beads and especially inlays are fragile. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders may be taken if requested. A $100 deposit or half down deposit is required to start. If customer is not satisfied with the beadwork, the deposit will NOT be refunded. If the customer is satisfied with the work, the half down deposit will be counted towards the final price of completion.
*please keep in mind that all beadwork is handmade. All beadwork will not be exactly the same (ex: earrings) or exactly identical. This is the beauty of my handmade products.
